Shipping Policy

At Dan Conway Photography, we strive to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy:

1. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked service or DPD Courier. This ensures that your print is sent securely and you can track its progress along the way.

2. Processing Time

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 3-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

3. Delivery Time

Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked usually delivers within 2-3 working days after dispatch. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays in the postal system.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for mainland UK addresses if you choose Royal Mail.

Shipping costs £13.80 if you choose DPD Courier at the checkout.

Shipping for addresses outside of the UK will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We aim to keep shipping affordable for all our customers.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalising your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses.

6. Lost or Delayed Items

In the rare event that your package is delayed or lost, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue and ensure your order is safely delivered.
