At Dan Conway Photography, we take great pride in the quality of our products and services. Please carefully read our refund and returns policy below:
1. No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is damaged during delivery.
To request a return for a damaged item please visit our return portal here.
2. Damaged Items
If your print is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request proof of damage, such as photos, to process your claim.
3. Replacement or Refund for Damaged Goods
Once we have reviewed the provided proof of damage, we will either offer a replacement print or a full refund based on your preference.
4. Exclusions
This policy applies only to physical prints purchased from our website. It does not apply to digital products or services.
