Thank you for your interest in licensing imagery from Dan Conway Photography.

All images featured on this website are available to license from as little as £50 under a non-exclusive, indefinite licence agreement. This agreement permits the licensee to use the selected image(s) for approved purposes, subject to the terms outlined below. Rates for multiple images or special projects can be discussed.

Licence Scope

The non-exclusive licence grants the licensee the right to use the image(s) in the following ways:

  • Digital Use: Websites, social media platforms, blogs, and online reports
  • Print Use: Brochures, magazines, project reports, signage, posters and other printed materials
  • Editorial or Commercial Use: As specified in the individual licence agreement

Copyright Ownership

  • All images remain the sole property of Dan Conway Photography.
  • The licence does not transfer ownership of the image(s).
  • All uses must comply with the terms agreed at the time of licensing.

Prohibited Uses

  • Reselling or redistributing the image(s) as standalone files or as part of a collection
  • Use in video, television, or film projects without prior written consent
  • Use in any unlawful, defamatory, or misleading context
  • Any use not explicitly permitted in the licence agreement

Legal Compliance

Unauthorised use of copyrighted images without a valid licence constitutes infringement under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Infringement may result in legal action, including claims for damages, injunctions, and potential criminal penalties in severe cases.

Licence Agreement

A formal licence agreement detailing the specific terms and conditions of use will be provided either:

  • Via our Tally form, where you can submit your details and make payment immediately. Once your payment is received, we will issue the non-exclusive licence agreement for your signature and deliver the high-resolution image(s) once the signed agreement is returned.
  • Alternatively, you can email us directly at contact@danconwayphotography.uk with your requirements. We will issue the licence agreement, and you can make payment by direct bank transfer as outlined in the invoice. The image(s) will be supplied once the signed agreement and full payment are received.

Payment

Payment for all image licences is required before the licence agreement is issued via the Tally form. For email submissions, payment is made by direct bank transfer after the invoice is issued.
