Booking & Commercial Terms

Deposit
A 40% deposit is required to secure bookings.
Cancellations
Within 48 hours: 100% fee. Earlier: deposit retained.
Rescheduling
One reschedule with 7 days’ notice.
Weather
Unsafe conditions will be rescheduled at no cost.
Contract
All work delivered under formal agreement covering scope, licensing, and permissions.

Returning clients and contracted partners may request direct booking and invoicing arrangements.
