1. What sizes do you offer for prints?

Answer: I offer 6x4, A4 and A3 sizes for my prints. Please check each listing to see which size is available, as some prints are A4 only.

2. What types of prints do you offer?

Answer: I offer high-resolution, fade-resistant prints. All prints are unframed, and I do not offer canvas prints. The type of print is stated in each product description, so you can be sure of what you're purchasing.

3. Can I buy digital versions of the prints?

Answer: Yes, I do offer digital versions of my prints. However, this isn’t an automated process. Please email me directly to purchase the digital version of a print.

4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Answer: Orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days. Once dispatched, prints are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery times can vary, but you should receive your print within 2 working days after dispatch.

5. Do you offer international shipping?

Answer: Yes, I offer international shipping! Simply shop as normal and select your required country during checkout. International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

6. Can I return or exchange my print?

Answer: Unfortunately, I do not offer returns or exchanges as each print is made to order. Please make sure to carefully review the details before making your purchase.

7. Can I buy a print as a gift?

Answer: Yes, you can! Simply select where you’d like the print sent during checkout. Alternatively, feel free to email me with any specific gift requirements, and I can assist you further.

8. What should I do if my print arrives damaged?

Answer: If your print arrives damaged, please get in touch straight away with photographic evidence. I will offer you a full refund or replacement.

9. How should I care for my print?

Answer: To preserve the quality of your print, keep it out of direct sunlight. This will help maintain its vibrant colors and avoid fading over time.

10. Can I purchase a print I saw on your social media but can’t find on your website?

Answer: Yes, absolutely! If you saw a print on my social media that isn’t listed on the website, just drop me an Instagram message or email, and I’ll add the image to the website for you.
